DDA and Delhi Technical University are among several institutions in the capital that have been penalised for failing to check breeding of dengue mosquitoes on their premises. According to a report released today, nine VIP challans have been issued by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) after positive breeding were found at their premises.
